An immigrant entrepreneur with a deep understanding of global business ecosystems, 10+ yrs of cross-border legal experience, with strong connections to the Canadian innovation hubs. He is a technology lawyer by education specializing in IP and Open Source Licensing. Today, as the co-founder of Matrix, Dev is on a mission to transform how global entrepreneurs enter, work, and sustain in the Canadian market.

(Co-founder & Managing Partner)

As an immigrant startup founder, he has navigated the startup ecosystem to build Matrix Venture Studio. As a corporate commercial and finance lawyer, he comes with extensive experience spanning over 18 years navigating a diverse cross-border legal landscape, contracts, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, negotiation, etc. As the co-founder of Matrix, he aims to help other startup founders strategically build their business in Canada.
